This policy explains how Evollue, a website and web systems studio based in Araxá, Minas Gerais, Brazil, handles the personal data of people who visit evollue.com or get in touch with us. It follows Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (the General Data Protection Law, LGPD).

2. What data we collect
- Data you provide in the contact form: name, company, WhatsApp, email, service of interest, plan, budget range and the message you write.
- WhatsApp and email conversations: the information you send when talking to us through these channels.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, automatically logged by the hosting server for security and operation.
We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or biometrics) and we do not collect payment data through the website.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your message and understand your project.
- To prepare and send proposals.
- To perform the contract, if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing without your permission.
4. Legal bases
We process your data based on your consent (when you send the form and tick the contact authorization), on the performance of a contract or preliminary steps (such as the proposal you requested), on compliance with legal obligations and on Evollue’s legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, always respecting your rights.

Data is only shared with providers needed to run the website and our service, and only as much as necessary:
- Website and email hosting, which stores the pages and the form messages.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to talk to us there.

The website currently does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we start using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, this policy will be updated and you will be able to choose whether to accept those cookies.

Contact data is kept while there is a conversation or business relationship with you and, after that, for the period needed to meet legal obligations or to defend Evollue in any legal proceedings. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
